We have a fully equipped pilates studio attached to our guest house and every morning you have the opportunity to participate in daily sessions which are included in your package.
The studio is run by Steve Jordan, one of London’s leading pilates gurus, who has more than 25 years of experience. Steve has combined dance, personal training and pilates into one and therefore you see visible results within your first three one to one sessions – and that is guaranteed.
What makes Steve Jordan Pilates unique is that it combines cardio fitness with strength training, as well as correcting your posture, any injuries and personal body awareness.
Our pilates sessions consist of a combination of mat and gravity reformer machine sessions and you will benefit from a good cardio work out.
Steve believes in keeping the sessions to a maximum of six people only so that you will receive personal attention and see results far quicker as compared to regular gyms.
