Travel Insurance
You must have travel insurance before your Cape Active holiday. Cape Active does not take responsibility for any injuries incurred while on holidays with us.
Cancellations
If you cancel:
- more than 8 weeks before departure, the deposit is forfeited
- less than 8 week before departure, the following percentage of the total fee is retained or payable, even if the balance remains outstanding:
4-6 weeks: 40%; 2-4 weeks: 60%; 1-2 weeks: 75%; less than one week: 100% of the holiday and transfer fee retained or payable. In many cases, cancellation fees are covered by insurance. Notification of the cancellation of the holiday must be given in writing to us – failure to do so may prejudice your entitlement to claim a refund. No refund \s can be made once participants are in the destination.
